Welcome to the Protea Hotel Balalaika Sandton
30 minutes from OR Tambo Airport, The Protea Hotel Balalaika Sandton, set in a well manicured and picturesque garden is a 330 roomed, 4-star hotel and conveniently situated in the heart of Sandton, Johannesburg. Ideally located in the financial quarter and commercial hub of Sandton and only 5 minutes away from the Sandton Gautrain Station and 200 metres from Sandton City Shopping Centre.
The Protea Hotel Balalaika has been in operation for 60 years and has undergone on-going refurbishment to keep up-to-date with modern standards and to meet clients’ expectations. Offering modern state-of-the-art facilities including a business centre, free Wi-fi and 9 well equipped conference venues. The first night I ever spent in south Africa was… at The Protea Hotel Balalaika, which has now been in operation for 60 years.
